Entombment of Scorpio - A Full Moon Lunar Eclipse Ceremony for the Soul

Every Full Moon invites us to stand at the crossroads of a season and/or a cycle. It is a time where some thing has come to an end to make way for a beginning. Therefore, we have an opportunity to meet the consciousness of Death to better understand and to fully move into the power of Life. In this way we can have a greater appreciation for both sides of the same coin. In this ceremony, we will meet the Full Moon in Scorpio during a powerful Lunar Eclipse. It is at this time where we will feel an ending more fully and have access to a portal of great release. We will approach this Full Moon as a funeral ceremony or "Entombment" of the aspects within us or around us that are meeting their end, honoring what they have served, to allow us to dive deep into our next chapter.

So, what has died? What will die? What are we ready to fully release? What will we offer the crossroads?

Each participant should come prepared with the following:

• A 8 1/2 x 11 blank piece of paper
• Pen or Pencil
• A journal
• An unused white candle
• A small bowl with water - large enough to hold your candle.
• Dried basil
• A lighter or matches
• A burner safe container such as a cauldron - this is for burning half a piece of paper.

What to expect?

• Story telling to evoke the mind and the senses
• Journaling to record your experience and anchor the shifts and changes
• Meditation to empower and imprint the inner worlds with the power of the ceremony
• Burning an item and lighting a candle
