The recent eclipse shook me to my core. Shadows I didn’t even know I had rose up, grief I hadn’t tasted before washed over me, and my body became a storm I could not quiet. Yet here, in the wake of the Aries Full Moon, I ask myself the question that can no longer be avoided: Who am I beneath it all? Which masks can I shed, and how do I want to show up in the world from this place of clarity and alignment?

Under the Full Moon in Aries, I’m reflecting on the courage it takes to live and feel deeply.
